Nous nous intéressons, suite à notre article précédent qui a montré la villa Playa la Isla au Pérou, à d’autres villas, aussi dans le même pays, produits par l’architecte José ORREGO. Ces villas se situent dans la même lignée d’épuration, qui ne pourrait qu’inspirer nos jeunes architectes en Tunisie et au Maghreb. Quand pourrons nous nous libérer du fardeau formel « traditionnel » qui bloque notre architecture ? Le Pérou est un pays qui est comparable économiquement à notre pays. Le message qu’on voudrait passer est qu’il est possible d’être moderne avec nos propres moyens. On vous invite par la même occasion à envoyer vos impressions, et vos recommandations. Nous présentons ici quatre villas de plage :

1- BELMONT BEACH HOUSE
Le concept architectural a émergé de l’analyse du site pour la mise à profit des vues et de l’environnement immédiat. Une distribution sur trois niveaux a été proposée, selon les nécessités d’une villa de plage.
Le rez-de-chaussée abrite les endroits les plus intimes. Le premier étage les espaces de réception, et le troisième la terrasse.
Ainsi on trouve au rez-de-chaussée les chambres autour d’un hall qui abrite les escaliers, qui du coup montent jusqu’aux premier et deuxième étage. Ce hall profite de la vue sur l’accès.
Les escaliers ont été conçus comme l’élément focal vertical qui permet de créer un lien entre le deuxième étage et la terrasse. Leur traitement en bois dans une surface de béton, fait intervenir un matériau chaud avec une texture froide. La couleur cadre cet espace central qui abrite les escaliers et l’entrée sur une double hauteur.
Le premier étage qui abrite le séjour, essaie d’intégrer la terrasse, en permettant d’ouvrir des séparations en vitre. C’est ici que se trouve aussi la cuisine. La chambre principale, qui profite de la meilleure orientation, ainsi que la chambre d’amis.
La terrasse, avec la salle à manger et le barbecue, jouxtant la piscine à revêtement en mosaïque, et une aire de bronzage, abrite des meubles permanents sous un toit en bois, avec un séjour à l’extérieur.
Des lignes épurées verticales et horizontales composent la façade, en créant une belle composition entre plein et vide. Des modules horizontaux relient en harmonie les différents niveaux.
Le contraste d’ombre, créé par le soleil, met en valeur les couvertures sur les surfaces blanches.
Les surfaces vitrées font partie d’une composition géométrique des quatre façades. Des lignes fortes composent le tout. Une sensation d’ouverture et d’amplitude est ainsi l’élément fort de cette villa. L’intégration de l’intérieur et de l’extérieur, avec l’usage de peu de matériaux, donne une unité à l’édifice, et une lecture aisée.
2- PARODI BEACH HOUSE
La villa se situe à Playa Blanca, dans un quartier en retrait par rapport à l’océan Pacifique. Le point de départ pour la conception était de jouir de ces vues.
Etant donné l’étroitesse du terrain, des vues en hauteur seront privilégiées.
Le côté intime sera mis au rez-de-chaussée, chambres et salles de bain.
Au premier étage sera placée la chambre principale.
Les règles imposent la création d’une terrasse au premier étage, pour lequel un grand écran de verre a été placé, permettant l’intégration du séjour et de la terrasse dans un même niveau.
La terrasse du deuxième étage niche la piscine, et dégage les vues vers l’horizon.
Formellement, le volume de la villé se présente comme un box perforé avec une ouverture très ample, qui agit comme un œil regardant vers l’océan.

BELMONT BEACH HOUSE
The design project emerged from the analysis of the place conditions for the better usage of the views and of the environment. From the location of the land, a distribution was proposed in 3 levels of the areas of the house according to the uses proper of a beach house.
In the first floor the intimate areas of the house were located, in the 2nd level the social zone and in the 3rd level the recreation zone and terrace.
In the first floor were situated the bedrooms around a hall that permits to solve also the access with a stair to the 2nd floor. The hall takes advantage of the view that this level has to a park that is near the house.
The stairs were designed to be the focal element most important that permits to create a link between the first and second floor. The treatment of the stairs is in wood pieces supported in an exposed concrete wall in a way that gets balanced a warm material with a cold texture. In this zone, the color creates the visual point and the framework to define the condition of the central space that has the stairs and the entrance in double height.
In the second floor the living room was placed trying to integrate the terrace to it that permits to open the glass divisions to convert it in one large space. In this level the kitchen is also located, and the master bedroom is in a suitable position to avoid the direct sun hours and in this form, to get a fresher room. In this level a second visitor’s room is located as well.
In the third level the distribution was in such way that the dining room and a grill were next to a pool treated with a 0.02x0.02m ceramics with a sunning zone and furniture permanently located in the place with a wooden roof as a second living room in the outdoors.
The facades have been treated with a volumetric composition based in vertical and horizontal lines, that create an armonic composition between fill and empty. The facade also has a geometric composition in different levels in the facade and textures based in horizontal modulations.
All this treatment is designed so that in summer emphasize the surface coverings over the white color for the contrast with the shadows created by the sun.
All the glass surfaces have been treated to be part of the geometric composition of four facades and the main screens are formed by a lineal carpentry that enforces the group composition.
The value of this project is a bigger sensation of amplitude and opening to the exterior for its proper treatment of windows to the exterior, integration of interior and exterior spaces and for a limited material treatment that allows a continue reading of the architectural building. This has increased the perception of the areas size with the white color supported by the geometry and textures of the polished concrete floors.
PARODI BEACH HOUSE
The project starts from the analysis of the established conditions by the regulations of the Playa Blanca association that controls the conditions that allow the constructions in this Club.
The regulations establish heights, uses and proportions that define a volumetric building. Based on these, one can formulate an architectonic proposal.
The land is located in a retired zone from the ocean, which allows 2 floors constructions and usage of the third floor.
The starting point adopted for the house tried to create the biggest perception amplitude, taking in consideration the limitation of the piece of land and to try to get more view in the heights.
For this purpose, the entire intimate zone was located in the first floor. As well as the hall, bedrooms and bathrooms, which allowed distributing in the second level the entire social zone and the kitchen. In the second level also was located the master bedroom to prize in some way, this space.
The regulations forces to the creation of a terrace in the second floor, for which a big glass screen was worked, permitting the integration of the living room and the terrace making this whole area in an unique and integrated space. In the third level, the pool takes place and a terrace that allows a view to the horizon.
The volumetric image was worked as a perforated box where a large window is situated that acts as an eye that looks to the ocean.
